The Naija film festival Organisation is a company out to represent a peak moment on the film calendar of Nigeria. It’s primary objective is to expose the Nigerian movie industry to the international market with a view of allowing Nigerian’s experience a feast of top film from Nigeria, Africa and around world.

The Organisation also has other festivals like the WEST AFRICAN MOVIE MARKET which is solely dedicated to movies from the West Africa sub-region; the AFRICAN FILM FESTIVAL which is dedicated to features from the African Continent and the ABUJA INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL which receives and accepts film and video entries from around the world.

NFFO is also into the convergence of African filmmakers at the annual AFRICA MOVIE SUMMIT, where pertinent issues affecting the continents filmmakers are addressed and tackled via workshops and panel discussions featuring experienced African movie makers who generously contribute their expertise across a range of topics designed to stimulate aspirant filmmakers and the public alike.

The Abuja International Film Market is also an international film market out to exhibit Nigerian and international films

Fidelis Duker is the festival Director 1st Abuja international film and Video Festival 2004. A graduate of Book Publishing from the prestigious Yaba College of Technology.

He has been involved in over 35 home video films in the last 15 years, some of these video films include BLOOD BROTHERS, KING OF MONEY, NEMESIS, SCANDALS, DESTINED TO DIE, MONICA LEWINSKY, PURE LOVE, DOCTOR DEATH, REJECTED, HOT PASSION, NIGHT NURSES, IMAGES{SERIES ON HIV/AIDS}, MONICA LEWINSKY.

Mr. Duker is also the National President of the Directors Guild of Nigeria, the only association protecting the interest of all television and film directors in Nigeria. He is an award winning film director who has attended and participated in festival worldwide; some of these festivals include BRUSSELLES INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL, DURBAN INTERNATIONAL FILM FEST, BERLIN INT FILM FESTIVAL,SITHENGI FILM FEST, PAN AFRICAN FILM FEST CARLIFONIA, MILAN FILM FESTIVAL, COMMONWEALTH FILM FESTIVAL MANCHESTER UK, ZIMBABWE INT FILM FESTIVAL.

The Directors Guild Nigeria of which he is the current National President is affiliated to NATIONAL FILM AND VIDEO CENSORS BOARD, NIGERIAN FILM CORPORATION AND THE NIGERIAN COPYRIGHT COMMISSION.

Ebiere is a graduate of journalism from the Nigerian Institute of Journalism Ogba. A trained event manager who was the coordinator of the first WALK AGAINST AIDS campaign held in 1997 under the auspices of WALK AGAINST AIDS ORGANISATION.

A widely traveled professional who has also attended film festivals around the world like the SITHENGI FILM AND TV MARKET, ZIMBABWE INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL.

Ebiere is also an actress and a producer with the following films to her credit like BLOOD BROTHERS, IMAGES, MAN OF GOD, and NIGHT NURSES.

A trained lawyer with vast experience in event organization. Peace is the National Vice president of the ASSOCIATION OF MOVIE PRODUCERS {AMP} and the Director of Finance FILMMAKERS CORPORATIVE OF NIGERIA.

She has produced over 10 video films {FEAR OF THE UNKNOWN, SONS OF THUNDER, MESSENGER OF DOOM, PREACHERS DAUGHTER, MESS NA DISEASE, BLIND DATE, IMAGES}.

Her films have been screened at major international film festival like the BERLIN INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL, SITHENGI FILM AND TV MARKET, DURBAN INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL.

A graduate of Television and Book Publishing from the Yaba College of Technology. Tope has been involved in numerous television and film production.

Tope had a stint with the Nigerian Television of Authority where she worked for a couple of years before she went into private practice.

She is the producer of the following films; HOT PASSION, FORGOTTEN, OGAJU, REJECTED, ENEMY WITHIN. A talented scriptwriter who has written over 25 television film projects to his credit.

A widely traveled film producer who has been to the United State of America, Germany and South Africa for film relevant events in the last three years.
